Lisa brings unrivalled expertise to her clients. With experience including International Olympic Committee Head of Games Operations, to Organising Committees, Bid Committees, International Federations, National Sport Federations and universities, she has unmatched Games and event knowledge. 

Lisa has been an IOC advisor for Games Planning, Venue Operations, Readiness and Knowledge.

She has extensive experience in strategic and integrated operational planning for clients/stakeholders, venues/events and functions; venue operations; readiness; C3, project management and the successful delivery of major international projects and events, particularly Olympic and Paralympic Games. Her expertise includes Games lifecycle planning process development and implementation and educational program development and delivery.

Lisa began her international sport events involvement with the 1985 Australia Games and, after completing post-graduate degrees (Ph.D. and M.A. in Sport Management, M.B.A.), she returned to Games almost a decade later for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Patsy Trethowan

Senior Associate

For 20+ years Patsy has been involved in mega events in executive and management positions with Organising Committees, Bid Committees and governing bodies. Patsy has worked in a variety of cultures and settings and understands well the impact of local requirements on the development of a contextualised delivery model.

Patsy’s experience and expertise include operational planning; readiness; Games services; health services planning and delivery involving integration with local and national government agencies; C3; functional planning and information and knowledge management. Most recently, she has led the planning for the COVID-19 impact on a major international event.
